renovations to a detached 3 bedroom unit including but not limited to leveling,
replacing wooden pads, steps and landings, exterior staining/painting, plywood
soffit, interior patch and paint, replace windows, doors, service oil fired
water heater, repalce oil fired furnace complete, construct insulated drain
line pipe chase with new electric heat trace, inspect sewage holding tank
electric heat trace for operation.
