Work to include but not limited to: levelling the unit, replace exterior doors,
replace mechanical room door and bedroom #1 door complete, strip and seal floor
tiles in the entire unit, patch and paint the entire unit, clean logs and apply
linseed oil to the exterior and interior of the unit, replace rangehood and
install new bathroom hardware. All materials to be delivered to the Community
of Norman Wells via the 2015 Winter Road Season for the completion of the
project in the summer of 2015.
