The Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) is requesting Proposals from
qualified Proponents for the provision of services as outlined in the Request.
The proponent will undertake a review of the Aboriginal Language and Cultural
Instructor Program (ALCIP) Diploma delivered in Behchoko through the Aurora
College School of Education. This review will be completed by gathering both
qualitative and quantitative data from August 1, 2009 – November 30, 2009. The
draft review should be written and submitted by October, 2009 and the final
document should be written and submitted by November 30, 2009.
