2010 are to:
increase the number of skilled workers in the tourism industry
and encourage development of new tourism businesses;
help existing businesses
grow, and improve the profitability of tourism operators by providing a
well-trained workforce that will improve customer experiences.
Increase
awareness of tourism careers.
