Replace existing lavatories, water closets, and medicine cabinets with new.
Remove existing "Barker Board" and all wood trim. Remove and replace existing
doors and frames with new hollow core wood doors. Re-use existing locksets.
Install new "Aqua board" throughout. Mud and tape walls. Paint walls with
one coat primer and two coats interior latex paint, gloss finish.
