Approved controls contractor to visit the Health Centre in Ulukhaktok to
complete the SOW. Work entails but is not limited to resetting the FCUs and HRV
controls to reflect the original design specifications. This contract also
involves investigation of the school's systems as well, as indicated in the
school SOW. Work to commence on or before Feb 8, 2007.
