The building's power is suppied by a propane Generator Set which also charges a
bank of 8 batteries, which operates the building's mech. & elect. systems. The
Generator Set needs to be operating properly and consistently.The battery bank
needs to be increased, to provide more capacity. The plumbing to the Male &
Female washroom showers needs to be re-configured to ensure proper water supply.
