The Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) is requesting Proposals from
qualified Proponents for the provision of services as outlined in the Request:
To provide a comprehensive Youth Literacy Gap Analysis. The analysis will
include research on youth literacy, collection and review of data, and
recommendations on actions to address low youth literacy levels in the NWT.
