Description
The original Standing Offer Agreement with Northern Food Services had expired March 31, 2008. The new (replacement) agreement was awarded to a different vendor on April 18, 2008. This left a gap of 18 days without an agreement in place. NSCC continued to use the 07/08 Standing Offer Agreement for that period, as there was no alternative available at the time.
