The successful proponent will undertake a feasibility study on the establishment of an Aboriginal languages Secretariat to support the vision, goals and objectives of the NWT Aboriginal Languages Plan. In addition, he/she will be required to analyze existing resources and administrative systems that can contribute to the effective and efficient implementation and operation of the Aboriginal Languages Secretariat.
