Description

The Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT), Department of Justice (the Department ), is requesting proposals from qualified proponents interested in providing family law mediation services. The GNWT will establish a roster of mediators made up of successful proponents. The Program Administrator will assign files to mediators on an as required basis through a system established by the Department.
