Description

The Prince of Wales Northern Heritage centre urgently required removal of hazardous mold that was discovered during a renovation project in the feature gallery. The removal of hazmat is outside the As and When carpentry contract with Wilf's Renovations who discovered the mold. A sole source is recommended for the following reasons: We already have contractors on site and having two contractor on site is always an issue and this is a very small work site. The public is directly involved and this is a work place and Public health and safety issue.
