Existing Cessna 170B has fallen off of it's monument pole twice and connection was designed by FSC. New slewing bearing and support are now designed by Structureall and manufactured/shipped to Inuvik. Construction contract going to tender for installation of plane. Phil Noland of Structureall must supervise installation of his design.
