Please find details in tender documents. The brif details are: 1-Remove the shingles from the low slope roof of the addition. The removal of the shingles should start at the bottom edge of the low slope roof and go all the way to the roof ridge of the main roof. 2-Remove all the roof sheeting from the low slope roof of the addition. 3-Remove all the existing insulation from the open portion of the roof. 4-Remove the entire interior drywall from the ceiling of the addition. 5-Install a new vapor barrier to the ceiling; seal all penetrations in order to achieve a completely sealed ceiling area. 6-Construct and frame a new roof over the addition. 7-The new construction shall provide space for the installation of a minimum of an R-40 value of loose insulation and provide a minimum of 10 to 12 inches of open air space above the insulation. 8-Install new plywood roof sheeting to the new roof structure. 9-Install a layer of Ice and Water Shield membrane to the new roof bottom edge. 10-Install a layer of 15 LB tar roofing paper to the remaining exposed plywood sheeting. 11-Install aluminum roof edge to the new roof; color to match existing roof edge. 12-Install new roof shingles and tie to the existing roof shingles at the ridge. 13-Install new metal step flashing were required. 14-Extend plumbing vents were required. 15-Fascia boards should be covered with aluminum fascia; color to match existing. 16-The new roof shall have a minimum of 10 inches of overhang. 17-Install matching wood siding to the gables of the new roof structure, stain siding to match existing color 18-Install two (2) 10 inches by 10 inches gable vent complete with louvres and screen. 19-Install new drywall to replace the sheeting that was removed from the interior ceiling. 20-Tape all joints and make the ceiling ready for painting. 21-Remove all construction debris to an approved land fill site.
