The Government of Northwest Territories Education, Culture and Employment is requesting Conference Room Rental & Hospitality services from qualified proponents in Yellowknife from October 18th 2011 to Oct.20th, 2011. CONFERENCE ROOM REQUIREMENT: Date: October 19-20 Time: 8:30-17:00 Capacity to accommodate 22 participants. Boardroom or Classroom style with chairs and tables. Light refreshment is required during the breaks ( apx: 10:00 & 15:00 hours) GROUP LUNCH REQUIREMENT: Date: October 19th,2011 Preferably buffet style. Capacity of holding 30 participants.
