The environmental scoping, data collection and regulatory regime requirements
outlined in this RFP are one component of the studies expected to be undertaken
for the development of the new Tlicho Winter Road route. It will be used to
provide advice for decisions made regarding this proposed project and its
eventual evolution into an all-weather road construction project.
