THIS PROCUREMENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED

Provide a flat form air lifting system capable of lifting a 380 ton vessel with
length of 140 feet and beam of 44 feet to a minimum height of 24 inches in one
lift. System to include appropriate hoses with saftey couplers, relief and shut
off valves as well as patch kit. Provide training session on operation and
safety practices of lift system for approximately 10 personnel.
