The GNWT Department of Finance is requesting proposals from qualified firms for the preparation of a Project Description Report (PDR) for the construction of the Mackenzie Valley Fibre Optic Link (MVFL), to be located between Checkpoint Junction (approximately 45 km south of Fort Simpson) and Inuvik, NT.
