Provide all specialized equipment and labour associated with: hydro-flushing
(cleaning) of small diameter gravity storm and sanitary sewer pipes, including
corrugated steel pipes and perforated sub-drain pipes; and, conduct in-line
video camera inspection of the cleaned sewer lines; provide video, digital and
written reports as per the Request for Proposals.
